Uric Acid is a waste product found in the blood. Uric acid is a natural waste product from the digestion of foods that contain purines. Normally, your body filters out uric acid through your kidneys and in the urine. If the body can’t get rid of this by-product fast enough, uric acid can build up in the blood.
In order to control the levels of Uric acid (uric acid kam karne ka tarika) in your body, you can limit the intake of purine-rich foods. Avoid or reduce your intake of foods such as organ, meats, cauliflower, green peas, beans, and mushrooms. Also avoid sugary food and drinks, caffeine drinks, and lose weight.
Healthy eating and proper medication could help you maintain uric acid (uric acid ka ilaj) at normal levels. There are some foods that can help in keeping uric acid level normal like apple cider vinegar, cherries, fresh vegetable juice, olive oil, and high fiber foods.
